1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please:

Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used to purchase, or
Contact our support team at contato@loviu.app and we will help you process the refund with Paddle.

3. After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or through Paddle. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
