Loviu AI LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid Loviu plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

All payments for Loviu are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for your order. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• Email us at support@loviu.app and we will help you process the refund with Paddle.

What Happens Next

Once approved, Paddle processes refunds back to the original payment method. It can take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
